Our self-catering house is located in Natz-Schabs near Brixen in the Eisack Valley and offers a variety of activities for all age groups, which guarantee holiday fun and unforgettable experiences. Our self-catering house offers large groups the perfect environment along with a variety of rooms that you can use individually. Our kitchen is perfectly equipped to help you prepare delicious meals and offer an unforgettable cooking experience.
Fully equipped kitchen
For your self-catering we offer a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen of 65 m² with all the utensils and appliances that make the heart of cooking enthusiasts beat faster: large kitchen cooker with various hobs and tilting frying pan, Convomat with integrated steamer and self-cleaning function, deep fryer, slicer, gastro kneading machine, gastro blender, gastro scales, various other kitchen machines, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, gastro dishwasher, microwave, large coffee machine, juice fountain, warming trolleys and more.
Large buffet room
Here you can present and serve your food, ideal for self-organised meals. Various equipment is also available, including: coffee machine, juice fountain, warming trolleys and a refrigerated counter.
Cosy dining room
Our spacious dining room offers space for up to 130 people and can be divided into two or three separate rooms on request.
Convenient storage facilities
For the convenient storage and preservation of food, our self-catering groups also have two large walk-in cold rooms, several chest freezers and storage rooms at their disposal.
The South Tyrolean self-catering house for large groups
In our group accommodation, with 130 beds spread over 29 rooms, we have space for several smaller groups or one large group. The spacious architecture of our house offers enough room for communal experiences and at the same time allows guests to find their own individual space.
29 rooms with private bathroom
The single and multi-bed rooms (2-6 beds) at Pension Sonnenhof are bright and comfortably furnished. For your comfort, all rooms have their own bathroom with shower/WC and balcony. All rooms and floors are barrier-free and our lift makes it easy to move around the self-catering house.
Heated swimming pool
Our self-catering house with pool offers entertainment and sporting activities for the whole group. The heated outdoor swimming pool with slide is open from spring (April/May) to autumn (September/October).
Private sports field
Our guests can let off steam on the 3,150 m² private sports field with small football pitch, volleyball court, basketball, swings, slackline, floor trampoline, boulder wall, badminton court, mobile fire pit and more.
Private forest
As a self-catering house in the mountains, the Sonnenhof has a lot of nature and action to offer. The private forest with an area of over 50,000 m² is also used by the self-catering groups. The variety of activities guarantees holiday fun full of experiences for all ages.

Versatile seminar and recreation rooms
Pension Sonnenhof offers four lounges ranging in size from 20 to 100 m² and various entertainment options, including billiards, table tennis, table football, air hockey, film nights, board games and much more.

The house is also open to self-catering groups and has everything you need: a spacious reception room, an equipped kitchen, a large and flexible dining hall, a meeting room, a hall for shared events and games rooms on the ground floor. All rooms have their own bathroom and are very comfortable and attractive.
