How to get to the Sonnenhof

Request now

Our central location in the sunny apple plateau of Natz-Schabs makes travelling to us easy and convenient – whether you’re coming from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy or other countries. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, your stay with us starts in a relaxed manner.

Travelling by car

The Sonnenhof is just a few minutes’ drive from the A22 motorway (Brenner motorway) and is therefore easily accessible. From the Brixen/Pustertal motorway exit, it is only about 7 minutes to our accommodation.

  • From Germany and Austria: You can reach us quickly and easily via the Inntal and Brenner motorways (A13/A22).
  • From Switzerland: Via the Ofen Pass, or via Innsbruck and the Brenner Pass, your route leads directly to beautiful South Tyrol.
  • From Italy: The A22 motorway connects you directly to us – simply follow the signs to Brixen and follow the signs to Natz-Schabs.

We offer plenty parking directly at the guesthouse for buses, cars and vans. So you can unload your luggage in comfort and enjoy your stay.

Travelling by public transport

Travelling by bus or train is not only environmentally friendly, but also convenient.

  • By train:
The nearest railway station is Brixen, which is directly connected to the regional and international rail network. From there you can reach us by bus or, if you prefer, by taxi.
  • By bus:

Several long-distance bus providers offer connections to South Tyrol that will take you to Bressanone/Brixen. From there, you can continue comfortably on the regional bus line 328 to Natz-Schabs. The Raas Dorf bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk from the Sonnenhof.

Important information for your journey

For buses over 3.5 t, the same regulation applies as for lorries over 3.5 t, but in the period from 1 November to 15 March.
