Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we are happy to accommodate our guests and grant a right of cancellation under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
The reservation can be cancelled up to 60 days before the arrival date at the latest without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. In the event of cancellation by the guest between the 60th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation less than 60 days before the arrival date: 20% of the agreed total price.
- Cancellation less than 45 days before the arrival date: 30% of the agreed total price.
- Cancellation less than 22 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the day of arrival: 75% of the agreed total price.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival or no-show: 80 % of the agreed total price.
